Sunny Cycles LA will ship your items as soon as possible, and will dispatch them from 1 of 2 methods;
Branded Merchandise (Print-On-Demand)
If you have purchased any of our branded merchandise, your order will be fulfilled by Printful, and shipped from Venice, California or the nearest Printful fulfillment center. All branded merchandise is produced when an order is placed, so please allow up to 14 days, before your order ships. If your order does not ship within 14 days, please contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve your issue.
Bike Products and Accessories
All bike products and accessories will be shipped as soon as possible, and are dispatched from our existing stock, so you can expect to receive your shipment in a timely manner. All orders will ship within 3-4 business days, unless a notice is posted on our website informing of shipping delays. If you do not receive confirmation of your shipment within this period, please contact us and we will work with you closely to resolve this issue.
